it contain Butylscopolamine bromide is a spasmolytic agent with particular activity on the smooth muscle of the digestive and urinary systems.
Metamizole is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug of the pyrazolone group and also has analgesic and antipyretic effects.

Indications

Buscopan Compositum For the control of diarrhea in cattle, horses and dogs particularly when pain or abdominal discomfort is present.
As an aid in the control of pain associated with simple equine colic and as a diagnostic
aid in more severe equine colic.
For the control of pain associated with urinary obstruction in horses and dogs.

DOSAGE AND METHOD OF ADMINISTRATION

Adult Cattle: 5 ml per 100 kg body weight by intravenous or intramuscular injection
Horses: 5 ml per 100 kg body weight by intravenous injection only.
Dogs: 0.1 ml per kg body weight by intravenous or intramuscular injection.

Contraindications

Do not use in pregnant animals as safety during pregnancy in the target species has not
been established.
Not to be used in cows producing milk for human consumption.
Due to a risk of local reactions do not use the intramuscular route in horses.
not for use in horses suffering from paralytic ileus.
Do not use in horses less than 6 weeks of age.

Withdrawal periods

Animals should not be slaughtered for human consumption during treatment with Buscopan Compositum
Cattle: 9 days after I.V. injection or 28 days after I.M. injection.
Horses: 12 days.
Not to be used in cows producing milk for human consumption.
