Anthimizol Forte WSP is a veterinary antiparasitic drug contain Tetramisole which treat worms infestations(especially roundworms) in cattle, chicken & turkey
Composition
Each 1gm of Anthimizol Forte contains
Tetramisole HCI 300 mg.
Indications
Anthimizol-Forte 30% is indicated for the treatment of roundworms affecting abomasum, intestines and lungs including
Haemonchus, Ostertagia, Cooperia, Trichostrongylus, Bunostomum, Oesophagostomum, Ascaridia and Dictyocaulus in Cattle, buffaloes, sheep and goats.
It is also indicated for the treatment of Ascaridia Galli, Heterakis gallinarum, Capillaria obsignata affecting intestines as well as Syngamus trachea affecting lung in chickens and turkeys.
Dosage
Cattle, buffaloes, sheep and goats:
1 gm / 20 kg B.wt (15 mg tetramisole /1 kg. B.wt). Administered via drinking water as a single dose.
Broilers:
1 – 2 gm / 6 kg. as a single dose.
Turkeys:
1 gm./ 83 kg. for 3 days.
Withdrawal Period
Meat: 7 days.
Milk: 48 hours.
