Indications

used For phosphorus and Vitamin B supplementation under the following conditions
Adjunct therapy for metabolic diseases, milk fever, ketosis, etc
To help recovery from stress and exhaustion-
To help restore appetite following colic, parturition, illness, infection and surgery.
Anaemia was due to phosphorus and vitamin B, deficiency

Dosage

by intramuscular or subcutaneous route

Cattle, Buffalo, Horse, Camel: 15 to 20 ml

Sheep and Goats: 2 to 5 ml
Dogs: 1 to 2 ml
Cats: 0.5 to 1 ml

Depending upon the bodyweight of the animal.

Repeat the dose daily or on alternate days.

In chronic diseases,
half the above dose daily till symptoms disappear

withdrawal period

Zero days for meat and offals and milk

Contraindications

Alphos 20+8 B12 is Used with caution in those animals with renal impairment, cirrhosis, cardiac failure, hypernatremia and other oedematous and sodium retaining states.
