Quinapyramine Sulphate 1.5 gm
Vitamin C 1.5 gm ( as an active substance).

Indications

Aquin Injection is highly effective for Trypanosomiasis caused by
T. equinum, T. equiperdum, T. congolense, T. evansi, T. vivax, T. brucei, T. simiae which affects all domestic animals like Camels, horses, cattle, sheep, goats and dogs.

Contraindications

-Hypersensitivity to Quinapyramine.
-Administration to animals with an impaired renal & / or hepatic function.
–Aquin should not be mixed with other medications.
– Stressed animals should be rested before treatment.

Adverse reactions

-Hypersensitivity reactions.
-Salivation, sweating and tremors may occur.

Dosage

Dissolve Aquin Injection 1.5 g in 15 ml of sterile water for injection For intramuscular or subcutaneous administration.
-1 ml per 20-30 kg body weight is sufficient to treat 600-1000 kg.
-The solution must be used immediately upon reconstitution.

Withdrawal period

For Meat: 21 days,
For Milk: 4days

Container Content

Aquin injection is available in a Combi pack of 1.5 gm Powder filled in a Vial with 20 ml sterile water for injection.
Do not store above 30°C.
Keep the container tightly closed in order to protect from moisture.
