-Enrofloxacin is a broad-spectrum antibiotic with bactericidal activity against a wide range of gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria. -Special importance against bacterial strains resistant to aminoglycosides and third-generation cephalosporins.
ACTIVE INGREDIENTS :
Each mL of Enprotil-50 contains:
-Enrofloxacin 50mg
-Lactic acid 39.204mg
-Benzyl alcohol 21mg
-Water for injection q.s
INDICATION:
-Enprotil-50 For the treatment following bacterial infections susceptible to enrofloxacin
Cattle: colibacilliosis, diarrhea, septicemia, E. coli, mycoplasmosis, Mycoplasma bovis, salmonellosis, Salmonella typhimurium, pasteurella pneumonia, Pasteurella multocida, Pasteurella haemolytica
Sheep & goats: Campylobacter spp., E. coli, Haemophilus spp, Mycoplasma spp., Pasteurella multocida, Salmonella spp. causing digestive, respiratory, and urinary infections
DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:
Cattle:
-General bacterial infection: 0.5 mL per 10kg B.W. per day by subcutaneous injection for 3 days
-Severe respiratory & gastrointestinal disease: 1mL per 10kg B.W. per day by subcutaneous injection for 3-5 days
-Salmonellosis: 1 mL per 10kg B.W. per day by subcutaneous injection for 5 days
Sheep & goats:
-General bacterial infection: 0.5 mL per 10kg B.W. per day by subcutaneous injection for 3 days
-Severe respiratory & gastrointestinal disease: 1mL per 10 kg B.W. per day by subcutaneous injection for 3-5 days
Shelf life:
-36 months, after first opening, 28 days only
SPECIFIC STORAGE CONDITIONS:
Store Enprotil-50 in a dry and dark place below 30°C
Warnings:
-Do not use the product :
-With animals that have trauma and hypersensitivity to this drug
-During lactation
-Only use it after a veterinarian’s indication
