Erogallin is a veterinary antibiotic (erythromycin) for treating respiratory infections in poultry.
Composition
-Each 1000 g contains:
Erythromycin thiocyanate —810 gm
(Equal to erythromycin base — 750 gm)
PROPERTIES
-Erogallin is a Macrolide antibiotic with bacteriostatic action against gram-positive bacteria as Clostridia, Staph, Strept, Coryn, & mycoplasma & some gram-negative bacteria, Coryza, Pasteurella.
-It inhibits bacteria by binding to the 50S ribosome, inhibiting protein synthesis.
-has a High concentration with a small dosage
Indications
-is indicated in:
-Treatment of respiratory infections
-Treatment of infections caused by Staph., Strept., Clostridia, Corynebacterium.
– Treatment of Mycoplasmosis, Cholera(CRD), infectious coryza
الجرعة
-۰٫۳ – ۰٫4 جم / لتر مياه شرب لمدة 3 – 5 أيام.
-۱۵۰ – ۲۰۰ جم / 5 طن علف لمدة 3-5 أيام.
