Composition
Imizol contains
- imidocarb dipropionate 12%
Indication :
used for the control of babesiosis in cattle, sheep, horses and dogs and anaplasmosis in cattle.
Its spectrum of activity and high efficacy permit entirely novel approaches to the control of these diseases.Therapy Where clinical babesiosis and/or anaplasmosis is diagnosed, including excessive reactions to vaccination against these diseases, affected animals.
Dosage and Administration:
Babesiosis 2.0ml Imizol/100kg
Horses: 2 doses x 2.0ml at a 24-hour interval
4 doses x 4.0ml at 72-hour intervals.
Donkeys: 2 doses x 2.0ml at a 24 hour interval.
Withdrawal Periods:
Animals must not be slaughtered for human consumption during treatment.
Cattle may be slaughtered for human consumption only after a period of at least 213 days from treatment
Milk for human consumption must not be taken during treatment.
Milk must not be taken for human consumption from cattle until after at least 6 days (12 milkings) from treatment.
