Neo-bacterina is used for Active and passive immunization of cattle, sheep and goats in order to decrease mortality, clinical signs , Immunity is acquired from the third week since receiving the second dose of the first vaccination and it is kept for 6 months.
Composition:
Neo-bacterina vaccinates against:
-Pasteurella multocida (serotype A) inactivated strains P-1062 and 11-A……≥1:20 ELISA
-Mannheimia haemolytica (serotype 1) inactivated strains 43270 and S 10R………≥1:16 ELISA
-M. haemolytica leucotoxoid (serotype 1) inactivated strains 43270 and S 10R…. ≥1:40 ELISA
Adjuvant:
-Aluminum hydroxide 5.18 mg.
Excipients:
-Phenol (preservative) 5.4 mg.
Indication:
Neo-bacterina is used for Active and passive immunization of cattle, sheep and goats in order to decrease mortality, clinical signs and harm caused by Pasteurella multocida and Mannheimia haemolytica.
Immunity is acquired from the third week since receiving the second dose of the first vaccination and it is kept for 6 months.
Dosage and Administration:
Should be Shaken well before use.
The administered dose will be in any case, of 2 ml per animal by deep intramuscular route (IM) in the neck or subcutaneously so in Calves, lambs and kids.
-First Vaccination: two doses with an interval of between 2 and 4 weeks.
-From the first week of life when they proceed from non-vaccinated mothers.
-From 45-50 days if they proceed from vaccinated mothers.
-Revaccination every 6 months.
Breeding animals:
-First Vaccination two doses with an interval of between 2 and 4 weeks, in the last third of pregnancy.
-Revaccination in every new pregnancy.
Withdrawal Periods:
None.
Storage:
– Save out of children’s reach.
– Save and transport a coolant at a temperature of 2-8 ° C.
