SPECTAM SCOUR HALT is an antibiotic containing spectinomycin 5g. It is used to prevent and treat infectious enteritis in lambs and young animals. Learn more at Baytara.com.
Composition
SPECTAM SCOUR HALT containes:
Spectinomycin base 5g (as dihydrochloride pentahydrate)
Excipient q.s 100 ml
Indications
In Lambs and kids SPECTAM SCOUR HALT used for Prevention and treatment of infectious enteritis in young animals.
Dosage and Administration
Administer SPECTAM SCOUR HALT by oral route directly, using the plunger included into the box.
Each pump of the plunger delivers| ml of product, containing 50 mg of Spectinomycin.
Lambs, kids: up to 5 to 6 kg body weight
Prevention: 3 pumps in a single
administration to new-born animals, as soon as possible after birth.
Treatment: 2 pumps twice daily for 3 to 5 days.
Withdrawal period
Meat: 5 days.
