Clamoxyl L.A. long acting injection 100 ml has bactericidal activity against a broad spectrum of clinically important bacteria found in large and small animals.
Composition
Clamoxyl L.A. 1 ml suspension contains
150 mg amoxycillin as a long acting formulation of Amoxycillin trihydrate Ph. Eur. in an oily base.
Shake well before use.
Adverse reaction
Use of Clamoxyl L.A. may occasionally result in local tissue reaction.
storage
Store below 25°C.
Keep out of the reach of children.
Withholding times:
Meat: 45 days.
Not to be used in cattle and sheep producing milk for human consumption.
dosage
-The dosage rate 15 mg/kg (7 mg/lb) is recommended.
-The above is intended as a guide.
-These doses are equivalent to 1.0 ml/10 kg (22 lb).
-intended for use via the intramuscular or subcutaneous routes in cats and dogs and via the intramuscular route only in cattle and sheep.
