DOXY 10 | Doxycycline | antibiotic | For animals

COMPOSITION
Each ml DOXY 10 contains:
Doxycycline100mg
Excipients q.s.1ml
DOXY 10 INDICATIONS:
for treatment of gastrointestinal and respiratory infections caused by doxycycline sensitive microorganisms like Bordetella, Campylobacter, Chlamydia E. coli, Haemophilus, Mycoplasma, Pasteurella, Rickettsia, Salmonella, Staphylococcus and Streptococcus spp.
DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:
for oral administration via drinking water.
Calves, goats, sheep: 10 ml per 100 kg body weight twice daily, for 3-5 days.
Pigs: 600 ml per 500 liters drinking water, for 3-5 days.
Poultry: 1000 ml per 500 liters drinking water, for 3-5 days.
PRECAUTIONS:
Medicated drinking water should be used within 24 hours.
CONTRAINDICATIONS:
-Hypersensitivity to tetracyclines.
-Administration to animals with a seriously impaired hepatic function.
– to animals with an active microbilogical digestion
-Concurrent administration of penicillines, cephalosporins, quinolones and cycloserine.
SIDE EFFECTS:
Hypersensitivity reactions.
Discoloration of teeth in young animals
WITHDRAWAL TIME:
meat 14 days
pigs 8 days,
poultry 5 days,
eggs 4 days.
STORAGE:
Store DOXY 10 in a dry, dark place between 20°C and 25°C.
Keep out of reach of children.
