Composition
Each 1 ml ADEMIN contains vitamin ad3e
- Vitamin A----------- 100 000 I.U
- Vitamin D3 ---------20 000 I.U
- Vitamin E -----------20 mg
Properties
Ademin is a sterile oily solution of vitamin ad3e ,vitamin A (Retinol), Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) and Vitamin E (Tocopherol) for intramuscular injection
The physiological Function of Vitamins A D3E is Prevention of symptoms associated with vitamin (AD3E) deficiencies such as night blindness, corneal keratinization, muscular disorders, and infertility
Indications
Ademin is used for the Treatment and prevention of vitamin ad3e deficiencies of nutritional origin, as well as their complications as
-Growth disorder
-Reproductive disorders
–Rickets & Oesteomalacia
The combination of these three vitamins AD3E is particularly interesting as Adjuvant to anthelmintic, anticoccidial, and anti-infectious
For the replacement of vitamins for breeding animals, and for enhancement of the resistance in the new-born animals
To promote the development of immunity under the prophylactic vaccination programme and to enhance the activity of therapeutic treatments
Ademin can be used in cattle, horse, camel, sheep, goats & it is SAFE for newly born
Dosage and administration
Ademin injection is administered by deep intramuscular injection EXCEPT in sheep, the subcutaneous route is preferable
Cattle, Horse & Camels: 8-16 ml
Calves, Foals, Sheep & Goats: 2-4 ml
Lambs & Kids: 1-2 ml
Treatment can be repeated after 4 weeks
Contraindications
Overdoses may lead to hypervitaminosis which appears as gastrointestinal disorders, weakness, abnormal calcium deposit particularly in arteries and kidneys, alopecia, joints pain, and dry scaly skin
Overdose may cause hypercalcemia in young animals

Store Ademin in a dark place at a temperature below 30°C
