COMPOSITION
Each gm COLISOL contains
- Colistin (as sulfate)2 MIU
INDICATIONS
CONSOLE For the control and treatment of gastro-intestinal infections caused by Escherichia coli, Salmonella sp., Shigella sp., Klebsiella sp., and Pseudomonas sp.
DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION
Poultry– 75,000 IU per kg body weight (equiv. to 1 ml Colisol per 4 liters of drinking water), once daily for 3 days.
Calves and lambs– 50,000 IU per kg body weight (equiv. to 1 ml Colisol per 40 kg body weight), twice daily for 3-4 days.
WITHDRAWAL TIME
Meat: 2 days
Eggs: Nil
