Coxuril is indicated for the treatment of Coccidiosis caused by Eimeria sp. The prophylactic use of Coxuril enhances the growth and productivity of the animals.
Composition
Each ml Coxuril contains
Toltrazuril 25mg
Indications
Coxuril is indicated for the treatment of Coccidiosis caused by Eimeria sp. (all stages & species)
The prophylactic use of Coxuril enhances the growth and productivity of the animals.
Dosage and Administration
Poultry: 1 ml/liter of water continuously for two days. Repeat once every several days.
Pigeons: 10 mg/kg body weight in drinking water for one day. Repeat every 30 days.
Lambs and kids: 8 ml/kg body weight in drinking water once daily for two days. Prevention: 4 ml/5 kg body weight in a single dose on the seventh day of age after being put out to pasture.
Calves (over 2 weeks old): Prevention: 10 mg/kg body weight in a single dose on the fourteenth day.
Rabbits: Prevention: 25 ppm continuously for two days in drinking water. Repeat on the fifth day of age.
Withdrawal Period:
Poultry: 8 days
Kids, lambs, rabbits and calves: 77 days
