DEXAVET contains Dexamethasone which is one of the most effective anti inflammatory drugs non steroidal in treatment of mastitis, horse arthritis, ketosis in cattle. effective anti-inflammatory and anti-allergic agent in cattle, goats, dogs, and cats, let’s know more about the product
COMPOSITION:
Each 100 ml DEXAVET contains
Dexamethasone sodium phosphate……100 mg
INDICATIONS
DEXAVET can be used as an anti-inflammatory and anti-allergic agent in cattle, goats, dogs and cats, and for the treatment of primary ketosis in cattle.
it is used to induce parturition in cattle.
Dexamethasone is suitable for the treatment of acetone anemia, allergies, arthritis, bursitis, shock, and vaginitis.
DOSAGE:
give DEXAVET by Intramuscular injection
– Big animals: 1 ml/ 20 kg B.W.
– Young animals: 1 ml/ 10 kg B.W.
– Poultry: 1 ml/5 kg B.W.
Withdrawal time:
– Meat: 3 days
– Milk: 1 day
Contra-indication:
Do not use DEXAVET for animals with an impaired kidney or heart function.
PRESERVATION:
Store DEXAVET in a cool place and keep out of
direct sunlight.
