Equest effective horse dewormer paste contains Moxidectin, a highly effective anthelmintic drug for gastrointestinal parasite & Ectoparasite treatment in horses
COMPOSITION:
-Each 100 g Equest contains:
Moxidectin 2 mg
recipient to 100gm
INDICATIONS:
-is indicated in the treatment of:
-Internal parasite (gastrointestinal)
-Ectoparasite in horses and other Equids
-Effective up to 16 weeks after treatment (112 days)
DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:
-Horse: 4 mg per kg bw
-It is packaged in a ready-to-use syringe, graduated approximately every 25 kg, and must be calibrated according to the horse’s weight.
-Adequately calculate the weight of the animal using a scale or chest tape.
-To use the syringe, turn the marker ring to the point corresponding to the weight of the horse to be treated.
– Remove the syringe cap and insert it orally into the interdental space.
-Press the plunger to the point where the marker ring is, applying the gel.
Precautions:
-Slaughtering after 28 days.
-Equines only.
-Avoid smoking or eating after use.
