COMPOSITION
Each ml FLUMEVAP contains : Flumequine 200 mg
INDICATIONS FOR USE
FLUMEVAP is used for the prevention and treatment of digestive and respiratory tracts caused by Gm-ve and Gm+ve bacteria, such as E. coli, Salmonella, Pasteurella, Staph, and Streptococcus in poultry, sheep, goats, cattle, horses, and rabbits.
Dosage
-Treatment :
Poultry: 100 ml per 200 litres of drinking water for 3-5 days.
Sheep, goats, cattle, horses, rabbits: 0.3 -0.6 ml per 10 kg body wt. for 3 – 5 days. (6-12 mg activity/kg body wt..).
-Prevention :
Half of the therapeutic dosage for the same period.
Withdrawal period
7 days for meat and milk consumption.
REMARK
Trimethoprim-sulfonamide and nitrofurans Products should not be associated with Flumequine treatment.
STORAGE
Store below 30°C, protect from light.
