Minercal is a veterinary nutritional supplement, minerals for livestock necessary for growth and increased milk production. It treats muscle weakness in young calves and also helps in cases of pneumonia caused by vitamin A deficiency.

Composition:

Each 100 ml minercal contains:

VITAMINS AND MINERALS:-
Vitamin A palmitate 2.000.000 IU;
Vitamin D3 2.000.000 IU;
Vitamin E acetate 1.000 IU;
Sodium selenite pentahydrate 14 mg;
Copper sulfate pentahydrate 850 mg;
Zinc sulfate monohydrate 55 mg
Cobalt chloride hexahydrate 55 mg;
Magnesium hypophosphite trihydrate 2.5 g;
Calcium chloride dihydrate 12 g.

Animal species:

Bovines, Equines, Ovines and Caprines.

Indication for use of minercal:

Minercal is used as Coadjuvant in the prevention of Selenium, Phosphorus, Magnesium, Calcium, Vitamin A, Vitamin E and Vitamin D deficiencies.
Myositis in equines and bovines because of deficient Selenium and Vitamin E syndromes. White muscle disease.
Enhance the conditions of breeders. Coadjuvant in antiparasitic and anti-infectious treatments.
For administering during the highest mineral demanding seasons, gestation and lactation. For the treatment of lack of Vitamins A, D, and E caused by deficiencies in the nutrition, insufficient feeding and when the requirements are higher than normal.

Dose and duration for treatment:

Cattle and Horses: 10 ml.
Calves and Foals: 5 ml.
Sheep and Goats: 3-5 ml.
It can be repeated 30 days after the first administration.

Route of administration of minercal:

Cattle and Horses: Intramuscular administration.
Sheep and Goats: Subcutaneous or Intramuscular administration.

Warnings/precautions:

Shake minercal well before use.
When treating the animals, close monitoring is advised after administration.
Cattle that have been subjected to parenteral treatment with certain vaccines or medicaments and subsequently injected with the product have displayed anaphylactoid reactions.
If that occurs symptomatic treatment should be given immediately.
Mild irritation and pain on the injection site could occur.
Do not overdose.
Do not use it simultaneously with other products or mineral supplements.
