Each 1 g Oxytetravet 25% contains:
Oxytetracycline 250 mg.
Indicated for the treatment of general bacterial infections caused by gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria, Rickettsia, Mycoplasma and for the treatment of respiratory and enteric infections.
Poultry, Calves, Lambs, and Foals.
By oral administration in the drinking water.
Poultry: 100 g/200 liters of drinking water for 3 – 4 days.
Small ruminants (Calves and Lambs) and Foals: 1 – 1.5 g/20 kg bodyweight in drinking water for 3 – 4 days.
Do not use Oxytetravet 25% in case of hypersensitivity to Oxytetracycline or any other substance from the Tetracycline group.
Do not use in cases of known tetracycline resistance.
Meat: 14 days.
Eggs: Do not use in laying birds producing eggs intended for human consumption.
