Composition
Each ml Ppftong 300 contains
Penicillin G Procaine 300,000 I.U.
Indications
Ppftong 300 For treatment of bacterial pneumonia (shipping fever) caused by Pasteurella multocida in cattle and sheep, and strangles caused by Streptococcus equi in horses.
Dosage & Administration
Ppftong 300 Administered intramuscularly once every 24 hours by 3,000 units / lb (6600 units /kg) b.w. Continue daily treatment until recovery is apparent and for at least one day after symptoms disappear.
Treatment should not exceed four consecutive days.
No more than 3,000,000 Units (10 mL) should be injected at any one site. Injection
Storage
Store Ppftong 300 in a cool and dry place below 25C.
