Savmectin Super is a veterinary ivermectin drug that is used for treatment of different internal and external cattle parasites as: cattle lungworm , cattle lice .

Composition:
Each 1 ml of Savmectin Super contains:
Ivermectin…………………………………………………10 mg.
Clorsulon…………………………………………………100 mg.
Also contains: Propylene glycol.

Indication:
Dosage and administration:
Savmectin Super dosage for cattle parasites treatment is as following:
Dosage: 1 ml per 50 kg bodyweight.
(based on a recommended dosage level of 200 mcg ivermectin and 2 mg clorsulon per kg bodyweight).
Administration: Inject Savmectin Super SUBCUTANEOUSLY ONLY behind the shoulder.
-Divide doses greater than 10 ml between two injection sites.
-Different injection sites should be used for other parenteral products.
Withdrawal period:
Animals must not be slaughtered for human consumption during treatment Meat & offal: 66 days.
Milk: Do not use Savmectin Super in cattle producing milk for human consumption.
Do not use it in non-lactating dairy cows including pregnant heifers within 60 days of calving.
Special warnings:
-Not to be used intramuscularly or intravenously.
-Savmectin Super does not contain an antimicrobial preservative.
-Swab the septum before removing each dose
-Read package leaflet before use.
Storage:
-Store Savmectin Super below 30°C.
-Keep the vial in the outer carton in order to protect from light.
-Once opened, use within 28 days.
-Keep out of the reach and sight of children.
