SULJAT-100 contains
Sulphadimidine Sodium 100%

Indications

Cattle, Calves, Sheep, and Goats
1. For the treatment of diseases caused by sulfadimidine-sensitive bacteria.
2. For the treatment of bacterial pneumonia and bovine nodular pneumonia (complicated traveler’s fever).
3. Enterobacterial dysentery (bacterial dysentery).
4. Podiatry (foot rot).
5. Calf diphtheria and acute mastitis (Streptococcus species).
6. Metritis (Streptococcus species).
Poultry
1. For the treatment of diseases caused by sulfadimidine-sensitive bacteria, such as infectious coryza, the drug is administered for two consecutive days. Coccidiosis is administered for two consecutive days, followed by a half-dose for an additional four days.
2. Acute fowl cholera and pullorosis are treated for six consecutive days.

Dosage and Administration

Cattle, Calves, Sheep, and Goats
Dose: 140 mg of sulfadimidine sodium per kg of body weight on the first day and 120 mg of sulfadimidine sodium per kg of body weight on the second, third, and fourth days of use.
Directions: Solgat-100 is administered through drinking water or by gavage.
Poultry
Dose: 130-190 mg of sulfadimidine sodium per kg of body weight daily.
Directions: Solgat-100 is administered through drinking water.

Warnings

1- Add the required dose to the amount of water to be consumed in one day.
2- The water to which the medication is added must be given throughout the treatment period.
3- Treatment must be continued for 14-48 hours even after symptoms disappear.

Withdrawal period

1- Poultry meat: 1 day
2- Cattle meat: 21 days
3- Solgat-100 is not used in poultry producing eggs for human consumption
4- Solgat-100 is not used in cows producing milk for human consumption.
