Sulphadimidine Composition:
Each g Sulphadimidine 100% contains:
Sulfamethazine sodium 1000 mg.
Target species:
Cattle, horses, cows, camels, dogs and cats.
Sulphadimidine indication:
It is used for the treatment of infections caused by micro-organisms both bacteria and Coccidia susceptible to Sulfamethazine.
Dosage and administration:
Oral administration via the drinking water.
100 mg per kg bodyweight every 12-24 hours for 3-5 days.
Acute coccidiosis: Administration during 3 consecutive days:
after 2 days of no treatment, another 3 days treatment.
Subclinical coccidiosis: Administration for 3 consecutive days.
Withdrawal period:
Milk: 7 days.
Meat: 12 days.
Storage:
-Keep out of the reach and sight of children.
-Store below 30°C.
-Protect from light.
-Store in a dry place.
-Use within 24 hours after reconstitution according to directions.
