Composition:
Each ml of Vermectin ( veterinary ivermectin ) contains:
Ivermectin …..10 mg.
Indications for use of vermectin ( veterinary ivermectin ):
It is used to treat the following parasites ( veterinary ivermectin ):
Cows: Gastrointestinal roundworms, lungworms, screw-worm, fly, lice, itch ticks, rodent lice.
Sheep: gastrointestinal roundworms, lungworms, nasal bot, mange mites.
Camel: gastrointestinal roundworms, lungworms, mange mites.
Dosage:
Used by subcutaneous injection for cows, camels, and sheep with the dose of: 1 ml/ 50 kg bodyweight.
Do not inject more than 10 ml at one injection site. The dose can be subdivided.
The punched vial should be used within 28 days.
Precautions:
-Wash hands after use.
-Avoid contact with eyes and skin.
-Don’t smoke or eat during application.
-Don’t contaminate ponds, canals and water sources.
-Empty containers should be disposed safely.
– Not used for lactating animals or within 28 days prior to parturition.
Withdrawal period:
For meat consumption: 35 days.
Storage condition:
Keep it in a dry place at below 30°C.
