الخصائص
Calmagin acts as a pain reliever because it affects the central nerve responsible for the sensation of pain.
It also acts as an antipyretic and anti-inflammatory, helping to normalize inflammation quickly.
It acts as an antispasmodic because it affects the smooth and striated muscle fibers to relieve spasm whether the cause is pain, injury, or inflammation, while at the same time it dilates the vessels leading to improved blood flow to the affected tissues.
It can be used in pain-related conditions (such as colic, uterine contractions, rheumatism, arthritis, tendonitis, myositis, and injuries), in spasms (esophageal obstruction, cervical spasm, and postpartum contractions).
Indications for Calmagen
It is used as an antispasmodic.
Dosage and administration
It is given by deep intramuscular injection or intravenous injection.
Intravenous injections are better if rapid intervention is necessary.
الخيل: 5 – 10 ml per 100 kg of animal weight is equivalent to 25 – 50 mg of dipyrone per kg of animal weight.
Cats and dogs: 1 ml per 2.5 – 5 kg of animal weight.
The therapeutic effect appears after about 5-10 minutes and lasts for about an hour.
The dose can be repeated if the pain recurs immediately after the effect ends.
Contraindications for Calmagene
Do not use in conjunction with phenylbutazone barbiturates and chlorpromazine.
Not for use in food-producing animals.
Preservation and storage

يحفظ في درجة حرارة أقل من 25 درجة مئوية.
