طريقة الإستعمال:

-الاستخدام الروتيني: يوضع ستاي سوند مباشرة على الركبتين والسيقان والأوتار بعد فترات التدريب.
انشر بالتساوي بسماكة قدرها حوالي 6 مم.

-المزيد من التأثير لفترة طويلة: استعمل ضمادة مبللة.
کرر حسب الضرورة بعد ٢٤ ساعة.

-للإزالة: استخدم خرطوم بالماء.
