ITOSIN is a tylosin injection for sheep , goats, cattle and calves used for treating bacterial infections. Dosage & method of administration are mentioned below.
COMPOSITION:
Each ml ITOSIN contains:
Tylosin Tartrate 200 mg.
( tylosin injection for sheep , goats, cattle and calves ).
DOSAGE & ROUTE OF ADMINISTRATION:
ITOSIN should be administered by intramuscular injection.
Cattle & Calves:
5-10 mg tylosin per 1 kg of animal weight for 3 days 0.5-1 ml ITOSIN per 20 Kg of the animal weight.
Sheep & Goats:
10mg tylosin per 1 kg of animal weight for 3 days 1 ml ITOSIN per 20 Kg of the animal weight.
WITHDRAWAL PERIOD:
Meat: 21 days.
Milk: 7 days.
PRECAUTIONS:
Store ITOSIN below 25°c but do not freeze.
Protect from heat, light & moisture.
Keep all medicine out of the reach of children.
Use according to a qualified veterinary doctor.
