Composition
Every 100 milliliters of Oxymic Plus contains
Oxytetracycline hydrochloride …………………….. 20.00
diclofenac sodium …………………………………..0.5 grams
excipient qs ……………………………… 100 ml
INDICATIONS
Oximic Plus LA is indicated for the treatment of infections caused by microorganisms sensitive to the action of Oxytetracycline and as an anti-inflammatory in bovines, ovine, caprine and swine.
It has activity on Gram positive, Gram negative bacteria, Micro-plasmas, Chlamydia, Rickettsia and some Protozoa and Pathogen Fungi.
Spectrum of action:
As antibiotic: respiratory tract infections: bronchial-pneumonia and pneumonia. Gastrointestinal tract infections: bacterial enteritis. Urinary and reproductive tracts infections: Cholangitis, Metritis, Mastitis, Prostatitis and urinary infections in general.
It is indicated for all kinds of Mastitis.
Skin diseases: Pyodermatitis Specific diseases, including: Keratoconjunctivitis, Chlamydiosis, Anaplasmosis, Eperythrozoonosis and hemobartonellosis.
Actinomicosis, Actinobacillus, and Hydropericardium conditions infectious origin.
As an anti-inflammatory: for the symptomatic treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis, Osteoporosis and Ankylosing Spondilitis.
DOSAGE
1 mL / 10 kg l.w. (equivalent to 200 mg Oxytetracycline hydrochloride and 5 mg of Sodium Diclofenac).
WITHDRAWAL PERIOD
Meat: 28 days.
Not to be used in lactating animals
PRECAUTIONS
Keep away from the reach of children and peis.
Discard containers and product leftovers adequately, either by burning or burying them in safe places far from lakes, water streams, etc.
