Each 1 ml of oxyvet-pharma ( Spectropan -5 ) contains:
Oxytetracycline HCl 54 mg.
Lidocaine HCl 1 mg.
Indicated For the treatment of bacterial infections caused by:
Gram-negative and Gram-positive bacteria affecting respiratory, urinary and gastrointestinal tracts.
such as bronchopneumonia, pleuropneumonia, enteritis, septicemia as well as mastitis, metritis, foot rot, actinomycosis and actinobacillosis.
It is also effective against anaplasma, mycoplasma, chlamydia, rickettsia and large viruses.
Cattle, buffaloes, sheep and goats :
1 ml/ 10 kgs. B.wt ( 5 mg. oxytetracycline / 1 kg ) to be injected I.M for 3 – 5 days.
For large volumes, the dose should be injected into different injection sites.
Oxyvet-pharma 5% ( Spectropan -5 ) is available in 10, 20, 50 & 100 ml sterile injection bottles.
